Carrying out a meager training

The mobile hinders in how you stay connected to it and forget the time in the real world. Many will check social networks, e-mail, any site during the pause between one series and another, but when they return to run the series, has passed 3 minutes far beyond what training is proposed, making that concentration in training and muscle tend to fall. Remember that muscle requires full concentration. If your focus is elsewhere, then it is very likely that you run the risk not only of carrying out a meager training, but training which might cause you some kind of injury.
Therefore, focus and attention to what you are doing. If you still insist on listening to either song in your workouts, then disconnect from the internet for those precious minutes of training.
